UNWE Will Cooperate with The Kostroma State University Named after N. A. Nekrasov, Russia

An Agreement of Cooperation between the UNWE and the Kostroma State University named after N. A. Nekrasov (KSU), Russia was signed in the Russian town. It happened at an official ceremony on the opening of Scientific Practical Conference on the Legal Reforms: Reasons, Procedures, Results and Effects (150th Anniversary of judiciary and land reform in 1864).

 Assoc. Prof. Tanya Yosifova and the Rector Prof. Alexander Naumov are signing the document.

By the UNWE party the Agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tanya Yosifova, Head of the Private Legal Studies Department. Our lecturer delivered also a report during the plenary session of the Conference in which took part scientists from Bulgaria, Belarus and leading Russian universities and academies.

After the signing of the document Assoc. Prof. Yosifova declared that the cooperation between the UNWE and the KSU had been traditional although informal so far. The new agreement opens a new stage of perspective and long term interaction.

The document was defined as an important step in the international cooperation also by Alexey Sirotkin, Dean of the Legal Faculty of KSU. The exchange of students and lecturers from Bulgarian and Russian university provisioned in the document is also a valuable experience for us, declared the Dean.
