The Rector and The Honorary Rector of UNWE Were Awarded The Honorary Sign of The College of Economics and Administration - Plovdiv

The Rector Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev and the Honorary Rector of UNWE Prof. Dr. Borislav Borisov were awarded the Honorary sign of the College of Economics and Administration (CEA) – Plovdiv. The awards were bestowed on them during the official ceremony on the occasion of opening the new academic year at the College. 

The President of CEA Prof. D.Sc. (Pol.) Georgy Manolov outlined the role of the Rector and the Honorary Rector of UNWE for the extremely fruitful cooperation between the CEA – one of the youngest higher schools and UNWE – one of the eldest universities in the country having glorious academic traditions. “UNWE is not only the most prestigious university, it is  also a brand and an institution”, pointed out Prof. Manolov.

The Rector of UNWE Prof. Statty Stattev wished the students success by the words of the Greek philosopher Socrates: the most important thing in life is the spiritual improvement. “It is namely what you will build up at the CEA”, said Prof. Stattev and emphasized on the fruitful five-years of cooperation between the UNWE and the college. The Rector invited the alumni of CEA to continue their education in the prestigious Master`s degree programmes of UNWE.

The Rector of CEA Prof. Dimitrov is awarding the Honorary sign to Prof. Stattev.

Prof. Dr. Borislav Borisov expressed his thankfulness for the high distinguish, wished the students success and declared that the Managing body of CEA could count on his full support as a deputy from Plovdiv. He explicitly said that the College had occupied a leading place regarding the quality of its lecturers and organization of the academic process.
