In memory of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boris Landjev, lecturer in Commercial and Trade Law, former Vice Dean of the UNWE Law Faculty was established a Fund to the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS) with a seat in Salzburg, Austria.

The Center is a non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 1976 for distribution of knowledge in the field of law in the international community. Its activities include scientific researches, education and publishing activity. It also provides an elective discipline in the English language offered each semester for the lecturers in American law at the UNWE. Boris Landjev has set the beginning of the UNWE participation in this programme in 2006.

Here is a link to the CILS website:

The Boris Landjev Memorial Fund is established at the suggestion of a participant in the programme for lecturer exchange. It is created to provide funding for young researchers from universities in East Europe and countries from the former Soviet Union to enable them participating in the annual sessions of the CILS in Salzburg, Austria. So far about 2500 dollars form the necessary 4 000 dollars are collected and more of the grantors are foreigners.

We appeal to our academic community, colleagues and alumni of Assoc. Prof. Landjev to support this noble initiative!
