Agreement of Cooperation between The UNWE and The College of Telecommunications and Post

Education of students, academic mutual aid, scientific and research activity, activities to attract students and implement projects in the country and abroad is provisioned in the Framework Agreement of Cooperation and Joint Activity between the UNWE and the College of Telecommunications and Post. It was signed by Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev, Rector of UNWE and Prof. Dr. Engineer Ivan Kurtev, Rector of the College.

I and Prof. Kurtev have a strong academic friendship and interaction. We assist each other in all possible ways. We are going to strengthen our relationships with this Agreement, declared Prof. Stattev.

Prof. Kurtev expressed his readiness for a full and comprehensive cooperation including the use of material facilities.

At the meeting on signing of the Framework Agreement attended the Managing Body of the university.

Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Valentin Kisimov, Vice Rector on Electronic Organization was appointed for Coordinator on Implementation of the Agreement by the UNWE and by the College of Telecommunications and Post was occupied the Chief Secretary of the College.

Prof. Kisimov added that he had been communicating with Prof. Kurtev since many years and they had discussed together a lot of issues related to the exchange of lecturers and various curricula and there had always been a mutual understanding between them. 

In the Agreement is also written that an academic documentation on specialities taught in both educational institutions will be worked out. There will also be a mutual assistance in the provision of professional lecturers.

The UNWE and the College of Telecommunications and Post will exchange lecturers and information for improvement of the educational quality on disciplines in the field of foreign language training, informatics, management, etc. They will organize joint scientific events and will also provide students the opportunity to study a few semesters at a partner educational institution mutually recognizing the exams and credits, etc.
