The main result and product of the project is the elaboration of an e-learning platform for education of managers and employees at the research clusters all over Europe. The project is implemented within 2 years. The InnoSee partners are institutions from Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Greece and Bulgaria.

The content of academic modules is a result of the examination of educational needs of the clusters managers in the countries – partners in the project as well as a frame of competencies of the managers at the research clusters. The educational platform and academic content are probated at the practical training seminars, national and international meetings and discussions. Thus has been set up a bridge between the research and practice in the education of the clusters managers, said Prof.  Stattev. He also outlined the contribution to the implementation of the project by the Institute of Postgraduate Studies at UNWE as well as the Institute for Preparation of International Organizations Employees. UNWE has started working profoundly and professionally on the issues of lifelong learning along with the adoption of the Lisbon Strategy.
