Third Place in The High Volleyball League

Our university volleyball team won the third place in the High League ranking – the second force group in Bulgaria after the Super League where play the teams of the Central Sports Army Club and Levski Sports Club. The boys of Petar Ivanov have 14 scores from two victories and two losses. They won a victory over the powerful teams of Dunav (3:0 as hosts) and Botev – Lukovit (3:1 as guests).

The male volleyball team

The team played well also in the other tournament where it participated – the student championship. It won the second place there by 7 scores from two victories and two losses. 

Our female volleyball team

By 4 victories and score of 3:0 the girls of Ralitsa Arsova led in the ranking in group II of the student championship. They won victories by score of 3:0 over the teams of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, University of Sofia, University of Plovdiv and South-West University. They participated also in another tournament – the Volleyball Obssesion Amateur League. The girls won the second place there by three victories and one loss.
