The article on the Economies of States from the Group BELL (Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) after Their Joining to the European Union by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emilia Georgieva was published in the magazine Review of European Studies, Toronto, Canada, vol. 4, №5 (2012).

Assoc. Prof. Georgieva is Deputy Head of the Economics Department and leads lecture courses on European Integration, European Union Economics, European Union Economic Policy, Macroeconomics, etc. to students in Bachelor and Master`s degree.

For five years Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgieva has worked on the programme Jean Monnet. A few days ago in the letter to the Rector Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev by Luciano Di Fonzo, Programme Coordinator in the European Commission was given “a high assessment of Assoc. Prof. Georgieva`s contribution to the dissemination of knowledge on European issues within the framework of the Jean Monnet Programme.
