Memorandum for Collaboration between The UNWE and The Foundation for Local Government Reform

Provision of better opportunities for career development and realization for students from the UNWE by implementation of internship programme is provided in the Memorandum for collaboration signed by the Rector Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev and Zdravko Sechkov, Executive Director of the Foundation for Local Government Reform. In the Memorandum is also written that both parties  will jointly apply on projects and elaborate programmes for education in compliance with the requirements of the labour market (Bachelor`s or Master`s programmes, courses for distance learning, etc.) A representative and executor of the Memorandum on the part of our university is the Public Administration and Regional Development Department.

The Rector determined the memorandum as a consecutive step which shows the great interest of the business to the UNWE. After Mr. Sechkov expressed his thankfulness for the collaboration he outlined that a large part of the managers and experts in the public administration including also the ones at a local level have graduated from the UNWE.
