Thus the guests of the meeting titled Windows 8, Where Does the Future Lead were met by Assoc. Prof. Jordan Bliznakov, Director of the Inter-University Center for Career Development – organizer of the event. A team of young specialists from Microsoft – Bulgaria showed to students the last novelties about the entering of the new version of the world recognized software.

The new Windows 8 provides a new user interface, a store for applications (Microsoft Store), as well as interesting new functions. The system is suited for easy use - as well as by a touch as also by a mouse and keyboard, it starts much faster than its predecessors and takes up less memory on the computer.

The Microsoft lecturers team

It supports more than 150 market places and leaves up to 80 per cent of the profit to the originator of the application. The team told the students also about the initiative Imagine Cup – a creative way to be learnt anything new about computers and creation of applications.

The future users of the new software
