200 High School Graduates Took Part in the Last Preliminary Exam for Admission to UNWE in the Format of State Matriculation Exam

The last of the five preliminary exams in the format of state matriculation exam in the Bulgarian Language and Literature was held with increased interest.

"I am glad that you are determined and willing to show the best of yourselves", these were the words Prof. Dr. Matilda Alexandrova, Vice Rector for Academic Activities welcomed the high school graduates. "The fact that the hall is full means a lot to us which shows that you are motivated and want to get into your desired speciality".

Stiliyan Georgiev from Baba Tonka Mathematical High School, Ruse, drew the exam topic Option № 2 out of 3 possible.

By the Educational Activities Directorate explained the participants how the examination would be conducted as organized in compliance with all the rules of state matriculation exam. For ensuring the strict observation of the rules an organization was set up with the participation of quizmasters from the Directorate.

The first ranking will be announced on 11 July.


What Did the High School Graduates Say

Georgy Georgiev from 91. Prof. Konstantin Galabov German High School, Sofia, will apply for the speciality International Relations.

Nicholay from 22. Georgy Rakovsky Secondary Language School, Sofia, wants to study Business Administration or Marketing.

Desislava Dimova from the Mathematical High School in Haskovo is interested in specialty Law. Michail from Hristo Botev Secondary School in Nova Zagora and Ivet Ivanova from Geo Milev Mathematical School in Pleven are also interested in Law.
