Student Canteens and Dormitories Unit at the UNWE has and manages 12 student blocks with 5100 seats and 2 canteens for students' meals.

They are located in the Student Town, close to the UNWE. The dormitories provide comfortable conditions for living, rest and the possibility to continue the study process outside the classroom.

The blocks are maintained and renovated. Six of the student dormitories have been renovated, three of them completely.

Four of the blocks of flats are in the category of Family Dormitories.

For the comfort of the students are provided cozy living conditions, shared spaces for study and recreation, video surveillance.

In block 53B and in 55D are located the first two children's rooms equipped to support the family students.

A new reading room has also been built in 53B with Wi-Fi as well as a library with textbooks and books left by former students.

Four of the blocks provide access to people with disabilities and 10 of the dormitory rooms are adapted for use by people with special needs.

A Video Surveillance Center ensures the safety of the residents. Payment of rent and supplies is easy and convenient through the Web Student Information System.

In October 2023 the Rector of UNWE Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov together with the Minister of Education and Science Prof. Dr. Galin Tsokov

opened another fully renovated block - Block 55B - part  of the UNWE student dormitories.
