The Forth Industrial Revolution and CSR

Abstract

The Forth Industrial Revolution has been imposing new imperatives for company behavior and adjustment. New technologies significantly change technological and management processes. It is inevitable CSR practices to be adapted to this new environment. Businesses need to develop new approaches and initiatives to help restructuring education system and continuing vocational training, constantly improve and motivate their staff, attract and keep the talents.
