Традиции и перспективи за развитието на сектор „Лозарство“ в България

Резюме

Настоящото изследване е посветено на динамиката на развитие на лозарството в България през периода 2014-2022 г. Направено е и международно сравнение, включващо водещите държави в световен мащаб. Целта е да се установят състоянието и развитието на лозарството и неговите перспективи през призмата на наличните предпоставки и на формираната конкуренция на световните пазари. Установени са благоприятни природни, научни и кадрови условия, както и богати традиции. Фрапиращо нисък е относителният дял на реколтираните площи, което крие възможности за увеличаване на количеството на добитото грозде без съществено увеличаване на площта на лозовите масиви. Съществува развита нормативна база, чието прилагане би спомогнало за просперитета на сектора и за осигуряване на устойчиво развитие на полупланинските региони, които са подходящи за отглеждане на лозя.

Traditions and Perspectives for the Development of the Vineyarding Sector in Bulgaria

The present study is devoted to the dynamics of development of viticulture in Bulgaria during the 2014-2022 period. An international comparison which includes the leading countries worldwide has been made as well. The aim is to establish the state and development of viticulture and its prospects through the prism of the available prerequisites and the formed competition in global markets. Favorable natural, scientific and personnel conditions have been established, as well as rich traditions. The relative share of the harvested areas is strikingly low, which hides opportunities to increase the amount of harvested grapes without significantly increasing the area of the vineyards. There is a developed regulatory framework, the implementation of which would contribute to the prosperity of the sector and ensure the sustainable development of the semi-mountainous regions that are suitable for growing vineyards.
