Information Seminar on the project Dynamic Europe in relation to the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU and Sofia as Host City was held at the UNWE. The Forum is implemented by the Association Carpe Diem in a partnership with the UNWE as well as by the financial support of Sofia Municipality on Europe 2018 Programme.
