Kick-off Meeting on the Erasmus+ Project Beyond the Screen: Keeping Online Educators Inspired and Motivated Was Held in Sofia

The partners of the Erasmus+ project Beyond the Screen: Keeping Online Educators Inspired and Motivated (Project No. 2025-1-BG01-KA220-ADU-000356092) gathered for their transnational kick-off meeting from 27 to 29 November 2025 at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The meeting was hosted by the UNWE and brought together representatives from all partner organizations to launch the initiative, strengthen cooperation, and set the foundation for the project’s implementation.

The experts from the Economics of Tourism Department are excited to collaborate to stimulate the inspiration and motivation of teachers in online learning across Europe with partners from:
- Regionális Információs és Fejleszto Tudásközpont Kft. (RCISD) – Hungary
- MVIdee – The Netherlands
- BETRAINED LTD – Cyprus
- Clavis Futurae – France.
The project aims to address a growing need in adult education: ensuring that online educators remain motivated, confident, and inspired in a rapidly evolving digital learning environment. By developing innovative tools, training formats, and practical resources, Beyond the Screen will support trainers in sustaining engagement while working with diversе adult learners across different age groups.
The kick-off meeting concluded with a summary of the next steps and a ceremonial handover of participation certificates.
