The project aims at reinforcing the research capacity of IPC having research activities. The main part of the project aims at developing effective and efficient schemes for reasonable partnership between Bulgarian and EU institutions involved
in IP activities. The project will contribute to modern developing of IPR at the national level appropriately embedded in the EU IPR system. The project will create friendly milieu intensifying the links between R&D activities in IP field. The project will
increase the IPR national capacity in different fields and levels, by various generic initiatives and tools, and by disseminating of major EU achievements and best practices in IPR filed.
Results description
1. Study visits (Ph.D. and post doc researchers) at EU institutions;
2. Hiring young scientists;
3. Technical upgrading of the IPC;
4. Organization of an International Conference and an work shop;
5. Analysis of IPR performance in R&D in Bulgaria;
6. Development of IPR strategy for R&D Bulgarian policy towards further integrating into ERA.
