Third Scientific Students Conference on Economic Policy entitled: Economic Policy – Realities and Challenges organized by the Economics Department was held at the university.

The reason for organizing this Forum is very important. The Academic Managing Body of UNWE and the Economics Department will give an account about your 70 reports which are your touch to the real science, said to students in the Ceremonial Hall Chief Assist. Dr. Entsislav Harmandzhiev.

On behalf of the Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev a greeting speech to the participants was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stela Raleva, Vice Rector of the university and Deputy Head of the Economics Department. This Conference has already become a tradition by its third edition and it has turned into a serious Forum of your research in the field of economic policy, pointed out Assoc. Prof. Raleva. It is your first step in the science. We, the lecturers are called upon to help you in finding your economic realities and perspectives of economic policy, outlined the Vice Rector and wished the participants success and new meetings during the Forum.

We strive to provide for all of you the first publications, specified Chief Assist. Dr. Ivaylo Beev, Scientific Secretary of the Economics Department. Your participation today has also additional dimensions, said Dr. Beev and paid attention to the opportunities of the best participants in the Forum to implement an internship at the state institutions. Our idea is to give you a chance for better development to rely on you in the future.

The Conference was organized in two sections held in the Scientific Councils Hall and Faculty Hall.
