National Competition on Finance and Accountancy

For a third consecutive year in the Test Center of the university was held a National Competition on Finance and Accountancy. In it took part pupils in 12 grade of education from the professional secondary schools of economics from all over the country. Co-organizer of the event along with the UNWE was the National Trade and Banking High School (NTBHS).

Some minutes before the competition

Prof. Dr. Daniela Feschiyan, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Economics High Schools in Bulgaria opened the competition. She greeted the participants on behalf of the Rectors Managing Body and wished them to show their best knowledge.  “The way to success goes through the UNWE”, outlined Prof. Feschiyan to pupils – the future prospective students of most largest and most prestigious national university.

Before the beginning of competition the participants were informed about the conditions for implementation of their first e-exam. The pupils had a test consisting of 60 questions on finance (public finance) topics and 30 ones on accountancy topics (common theory of accountancy and enterprise accountancy).

The first e-exam

On 18 December at 11.00 o`clock in the Ceremonial Hall the Rector of the university Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev will award the Certificates to pupils achieved the highest results in the competition which will serve them as an excellent mark for the prospective students exam for 2016/2017 in the subfield of Finance, Accountancy and Control at the UNWE.
