A Holland Professor Spoke to Students on The Global Marketing

In the Large Conference Hall Prof. Adrian Borggreve from the Marketing and International Management Department at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Holland delivered a public lecture on the Global Marketing. The event was organized by the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department and the Students Club Marketing and Strategic Planning as part of the negotiations for potential international partnership between the lecturers and students from both universities.

The Head of the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pencho Ivanov presented the guest. Prof. Borggreve is a lecturer in Negotiations and Conflict Management as well as in Research Methods and Intercultural Management at the Holland University and he is also Honorary Professor of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover, Germany.

Prof. Borggreve spoke to numerous student audience from the specialities Marketing, Prognosticating and Planning and Marketing and Strategic Planning about the role of marketing in the globalization process. He emphasized on the importance of intercultural differences and the identity of nations and organizational units.

The epistle to the students and lecturers was clear: the future of marketing will follow the path set by Prof. Philip Kotler - "From products, to the customers, to the human spirit”.
