Christian helped for running the narrow-gauge evening train from Dobrinichte to Yakorouda which was stopped for a period of 2 years. Due to the first-year student it will again be in the list of trains which will run from December, 16th, 2013 till the end of 2014. Thousands of learners and workers are grateful to the student. He achieved that success after he had written to the Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski. “During my travels I had conversations with people and I realized what the problem is. I did a survey of the travelling people and gathered information which allowed me to learn how many people were travelling, how old were they and who would suffer from the lack of the train. I built a clear picture of the condition of the line and its necessity for the local people. They asked me for help. I wrote to various institutions without success but finally my letter got to the Prime Minister and my application was approved. I'm glad I have done it because the cause is successful.”

Both awarded students with the Rector of the university

The fourth year student girl who won the prestigious scholarship of the EVRIKA Foundation shared that she had expected to have a strong rivalry but she had been confident in her abilities so she had decided to try. She had been among the six finalists and eventually she succeeded to defeat them although they all had been worthy rivals. “I was grateful and I felt understood. In Bulgaria there are people who appreciate and who are concerned of science, young people and their development.”
