E-Education – Conscious Necessity

“I appreciate as an extremely actual and perspective the topic of the Conference: Information and Communication Technology – Conscious Necessity for Bulgarian Education. The fact that it is the Eight National Conference on this issue shows that e-education wins more and more adherents. By the high technology development the e-education is the adequate solution for their usage in the educational activity”. These were the words the Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev turned to participants in the Forum on behalf of the Rectors Council as its Deputy Chairman.

Prof. Stattev expressed his confidence the results of the Conference would contribute to be risen the quality of education.

Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Valentin Kisimov, Vice-Rector on the Electronic Organization took part by a report on the Centralized Decision for the Implementation and Management of Software Packages in the session on Technological Novelties in the E-Education.
