Kubrat Pulev Enrolled as Student in Master`s Degree Speciality "Policy and Business"

The world-famous Bulgarian boxer Kubrat Pulev, European heavyweight champion and Athlete of the Year of Bulgaria for 2012 visited the UNWE to enroll as student in speciality "Policy and Business" chosen by him to study for Master's degree.

"I expect to gain a lot of new knowledge during my study at the UNWE that will be useful to me in the future. I am aware that the professionalism here is at a very high level", commented Kubrat Pulev.

After fulfilling the documents he met with Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova, Vice-Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies, Prof. Georgy Yankov, founder and longstanding Head of UNWE Political Sciences Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elena Simeonova, Vice Dean in Academic Affairs and Acting Head of UNWE Political Sciences Department. They held a discussion on the political situation in Bulgaria, the pandemic and sports. Prof. Yankov gave as present to Kubrat Pulev his author's book The Most Successful Bulgarian Prime Ministers with a personal message to the boxer and Prof. Stoyanova awarded Kubrat Pulev the encyclopedia entitled Prime-Ministers, Ministers and Senior Representatives of Legislative Authority – Lecturers and Alumni of UNWE published on the occasion of the 100^th Anniversary of UNWE.
