Logistics in Dynamic World was the topic of the public lecture delivered to our students by Mr. Yavor Pantaleev, Commercial Manager (Procurator) of EUROSPED – company for freight forwarding, transport and logistics and Mrs. Bilyana Pantaleeva, business coach and founder of the charity initiative “Baditeli”. The event was organized by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Borislav Arnaudov, lecturer at the Economics of Transport and Energy Department (in the picture below).

Mrs. Bilyana Pantaleeva pointed out that the objective of the charity initiative “Baditeli” is to implement lectures and trainings helping students to acquire knowledge, skills, habits, mental patterns for building up successful business and how to achieve success not only in the sphere of logistics but also into all areas of life. The main engine for success in the work is the love to profession and the key factors for successful professional development are three: a person should have the courage and should act to make things happen as well as to study its nature given qualities, sometimes looking into small things it had done in its childhood, to choose the favourite profession and then to find out its hidden talents and develop them without going to extremes, emphasized Pantaleeva (in the picture below).

In his lecture Mr. Yavor Pantaleev gave valuable guidance to students how to succeed into more and more dynamically developing and optimizing sphere of logistics. He outlined that the dreams could be achieved through lots of work and efforts. The person should have the ability to see the opportunities and the courage to take the risk and achieve realization. For being a shipping agent you should have passion and desire for this kind of activity, proper attitude to the work, ability to interconnect the data and convert them into information keeping an eye on things in a global plan, pointed out the lecturer (in the picture below).
