Docent from the UNWE Delivered Lecture at the University of Management Technologies and Economics in Saint Petersburg

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rayna Koycheva from the Private Legal Studies Department at Law Faculty of UNWE delivered a public lecture to students and lecturers from the Law Faculty of the University of Management Technologies and Economics in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The lecture of Assoc. Prof. Koycheva was on the Labour Borrowing in the Bulgarian Legislation: Perspectives for a Dialogue between the National Legal Systems. The numerous questions by the attendees proved the interest in the chosen topic and its actuality.

Assoc. Prof. Koycheva took also part in the Round Table Conference on the Untraditional Resources of Private Law in the National Legal Systems organized by the Civil Law Department of St. Petersburg University. Our lecturer presented her report on the Collective Labour Agreement as Specific Non-State Resource of Labour Law – Analysis of Bulgarian Legislation.
