Information Meeting about The Students Exchange between The UNWE and Tilburg University, Netherlands on The Erasmus+ Programme

Information meeting with Laura Von Bosche from the Marketing and Communication Department of Tilburg University, Netherlands was organized at the UNWE. Opportunities of students exchange between the UNWE and the Netherlands University on the Erasmus+ Programme were presented at the meeting.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekaterina Tosheva, Director of the University Center for Students and Lecturers Mobility presented the lecturer - Laura Van Bosche, guest at our university on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of Erasmus+ Programme.

The Netherlands lecturer spoke to students about the educational opportunities at the Tilburg University. By the presentation of Laura Van Bosche the attendees knew about Tilburg which is one of the major educational centers of the country, about the principles of Netherlands society for accepting the foreign students: equality, tolerance, hard work, direct and clear communication and punctuality.

The guest-lecturer examined the educational programmes in the English language, international environment at the university, excellent innovative education and opportunities for professional development. Through a quiz the students learnt some interesting facts about the Netherlands traditions and character, their national holiday and traditional carnival – the largest one in Europe with duration of 10 days.

The Tilburg University is one of the leading universities of legal, business and economic studies in Europe. The Tilburg University is at the top in the European ranking for research in the field of economics (according to the European Economic Association), it occupies the third place for research in the field of business and it has been chosen as the best specialized university in Netherlands in the field of International and European Law (Higher Education Guide) over the last few years.

The exchange of students between the UNWE and Tilburg University is implemented by the direct assistance of the University Center for Students and Lecturers Mobility.
