International Students Day at The UNWE
For a consecutive year at the UNWE was held the traditional International Students Day. The event was organized by the International Relations Research Student Association (IRRSA) and the Student Council. The event took place in the Small Conference Hall.

The Chairman of IRRSA Ilian Krumov greeted the international students and pointed out that the organization of the multicultural event had become traditional. “I hope you tell me more about your stay and impressions of Bulgaria”, added Ilian.
The attendees were greeted also by the Chairman of the Student Council Kristian Madzhurov. “I am happy to see so many international students”, outlined Madzhurov and appealed them to tell more about themselves and the countries they had come from as well as about their impressions of Bulgaria and our university.

The organizers of the event were prepared a quiz about Bulgarian geography, history and traditions and the international students answered its questions quickly and correctly.

Alexander Shargov from Moldova and Tomiris Medetbekova presented their countries. Both of them spoke in Bulgarian which they had already learnt very well.
The student Lilia Georgieva was prepared a special video about her mobility experience at the University of Mannheim, Germany. According to her words it had been a wonderful experience which every student should try to feel.

A presentation about her education and stay in Bulgaria showed Valeria Yasibash who spoke with lots of love about our country. She shared her impressions of the sites she had visited, beauty and nature of our country. “I met wonderful people at the UNWE”, added Valeria and expressed her admiration for the public lectures and round table conferences regularly organized by our university.
Special certificates were awarded to international students who had achieved excellent results over the last semester.
