DSK Bank in Search for Talents

In the Large Conference Hall was held a meeting on the DSK Bank in Search for Talents. The event was organized by DSK Bank and the Inter-University Center for Career Development at UNWE. At the Forum attended representatives of DSK Bank, lecturers and students.

The event was opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yordan Bliznakov, Director of the Inter-University Center for Career Development. He greeted the attendees and urged them to take active part in the discussion. Among the participants in the meeting were: Ivaylo Hadzhiev, Director of Investing Products and Private Banking Directorate, Krum Krumov, Chief of Problem Credits, Atanas Dinkov, Manager of Corporate Center, Boyan Stefanov, Head of Corporate Banking, Temenuzhka Dancheva, specialist at the Corporate Clients Relations, Iliyan Iliev, Manager of the Corporate Clients Relations.

“We make such a programme for the first time but we intend to turn it into a practice”, said Boyan Stefanov. During the meeting the students have the chance to know about the bank criteria for their internship programmes and joint future work. “For us it is a long interview”, clarified the lecturer. He pointed out that DSK Bank is part of OTP Bank (a bank leader in Central and East Europe) and commented on the DSK strivings in the search of new opportunities for development. “In the banking you need to have not only money but also a capital for being able to develop”, added Stefanov.

“The corporate banking is bored and in the same time interesting”, said jokingly Boyan Stefanov. Then the floor was given to Iliyan iliev who told to students more about the bank sphere and specified what is to work as a manager of the Corporate Clients Relations.

Krum Krumov, representative of the private banking and graduate of UNWE pointed out how hard had been the period of graduation. “There are lots of opportunities and in the same time there are many ways of which you should choose. At this moment it is important to have someone to lend you a hand”, shared the lecturer. The internships at the bank are a great opportunity and they can help you to orient and choose your professional way, added Krumov.

Ivaylo Hadzhiev declared that “DSK Bank provides an opportunity for development”, it is “a universal bank” searching for young people – communicative and active.
